Cynthia has been a Property Manager for 23 years for several different major firms in Anchorage.

Grateful to be here, Cynthia is working on her 10th year with Continental as the Resident Manager for the Foxwood, Discovery and Creekside Manor complexes!

The mom of 1 grown son, in her free time Cynthia LOVES to shop, dabble in interior decorating and SPOIL her grandson Roan!

Meet Clayton!

The longest-standing employee at Continental, Clayton has been handling all things maintenance for 17 years! Certified in BAM (Building Apartment Maintenance) there isn't very many maintenance issues that Clayton can't solve.

In his free time Clayton enjoys the outdoors (walking, hiking, paintballing), building computers and photography!

Meet Robert!

Entering into his 3rd year with Continental, Robert has been (unofficially) voted by tenants as the "Most Friendly" staff member! Part of the south Anchorage maintenance duo, Robert is Clayton's right hand man.

In his free time Robert enjoys getting out and about around town on his longboard and playing with his nieces and nephews!

A Continental employee for more than 3 years, Hannah can be found at BOTH rental offices! With 5+ years of Property Management experience Hannah is the company's go-to for all things Marketing.

On her time off, Hannah loves spending time with family and can be found indulging in Netflix marathons!

The freshest, most exciting member of the team. Having relocated from Fairbanks, Bria brings over 4 years of Property Management & Real Estate Assisting experience.
